PIPETTE CONTROLLERS

Pipette Controllers, pipetting aids or cell culture pipettes are a few of the names these types of products are known by. They are commonly used for large volume fluid transfer with serological pipettes, often used in laminar airflow cabinets or containment chambers.  Biohit's products are widely used and have various functions to satisfy the demands of a busy laboratory.

The Midi Plus and Midi Pro range are both pipette controllers that are powered by a rechargeable battery. Both instruments accept serological pipettes in the range of 1 to 100 ml. These  Midi Plus lightweight cordless pipette controllers can also use the Biohit Proline 5 ml and 10 ml disposable tips. Speed of operation can be fine-tuned by applying measured finger pressure to the operating buttons. Uniquely the Midi Plus can also be suspended using a a spring-loaded optional accessory to reduce handling strains in long pipetting regimes. 

Biohit also provides a lightweight, pipette filler with a squeezable bulb to provide smooth manual pipetting control using 1 to 100 ml pipettes. This product, Biofiller, is an economical alternative to the rechargeable products.
